Welcome to Cambridge Private Tutors

Hello, my name is Richard, and I am the founder of Cambridge Private Tutors. Currently, I am a Year 12 student undergoing my A-Levels at The Perse Upper School in Cambridge. My passion for teaching and mentoring young students began with the piano, where I have successfully tutored and mentored several aspiring musicians. Now, I am excited to expand my tutoring services to academics, with a focus on providing high-quality education to all students. I have already taught a few students in the past for academics, with excellent results.

Our tutors have been personally selected by myself to ensure quality education throughout all our student's journey. All tutors have achieved at least a grade 9 in the subject they tutor, and also have a majority proportion of GCSE's at grade 8/9 (A*).

I believe that every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance and support. By offering personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s unique strengths and weaknesses, I strive to empower young learners to reach their full potential.

As a dedicated student myself, I understand the challenges that many young learners face in today’s academic environment. Through my experiences as a tutor and mentor, I have developed effective teaching strategies that cater to individual learning styles and needs. My background in music has taught me patience, discipline, and the importance of practice – qualities that I aim to instill in all my students. My portfolio of GCSE's include Grade 9 in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
