Cancellation Notices

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a lesson for any reason.  Any cancellations made after this time will be charged at the normal rate, unless the lesson has been arranged to a different time.

Rescheduling

Wherever possible, rescheduling the lesson is the preferred course of action; please notify myself as soon as possible to make arrangements.  

Unavoidable Circumstances

It is reasonable to accept that a parent/student may occasionally have cause to cancel a lesson without notice due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances and, in those instances, the cancellation charge will be waived and reimbursed for the next month.  In this case, I will try my best to reschedule the lesson.

Teacher Absent

If one of our tutors are not present at a lesson, we will offer a full refund for that lesson to be reimbursed the next month, or offer a rescheduling before the next lesson scheduled.

Stopping Tuition

Giving notice:  Please give a full four weeks of notice should you decide to stop tuition . ​
